Field Sales Executive – Rainwear

We are a raincoat manufacturing company looking for a Field Sales Executive to expand our dealer and distributor network. The candidate will be responsible for visiting markets, generating orders, and building long-term relationships with wholesalers and retailers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Visit wholesalers, distributors, and retailers in assigned areas
• Promote company raincoat products and new designs
• Generate new leads and convert them into regular customers
• Book orders and ensure timely follow-ups
• Maintain strong relationships with existing dealers
• Achieve monthly sales targets
• Collect market feedback and competitor pricing information
• Share daily visit and sales reports with the office team

Requirements:

• Experience in field sales (garments / rainwear / FMCG )
• Good communication skills in Hindi and local language
• Willingness to travel within assigned territory
• Basic smartphone knowledge (calls, WhatsApp, photos, Google Maps)
• Two-wheeler and valid driving license preferred
• Salary & Benefits: Fixed salary + attractive incentives (Commission)

Working Days: Monday - Saturday

Timings: 10am to 8pm (flexible)
