Position: Field Sales Executive

Type: Full-Time |

Experience: Minimum 2 Years in Sales (Field Sales Experience Mandatory)

• Key Responsibilities:Actively visit and engage potential clients to promote Solar EPC Solutions.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets through field lead generation.
• Conduct surveys, client meetings, and proposal follow-ups.
• Build strong relationships with customers, dealers, and corporate clients.
• Prepare reports on client feedback, sales performance, and market trends.
• Work closely with the marketing and technical team for project conversion.
• Required Skills & Qualities:Minimum 2 years of proven experience in field or direct sales.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and convincing skills.
• Two-wheeler is compulsory with valid driving license.
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable with outdoor work.
• Preferably from solar / electrical / renewable / real estate / industrial product background.

Salary & Benefits:💰 ₹12,000 – ₹15,000 per month + High Incentives (No Cap for Top Performers)
