Field Sales Executive (Solar EPC)
Role Overview:
Customer se milkar solar rooftop systems ki sales generate karna. Site visit karke basic
survey karna aur company ki engineering team ke saath coordinate karke quotation
banana.
Key Responsibilities
• Residential aur commercial customers se milkar solar rooftop sales lana.
• Solar system ka working, subsidy, payback period samjhana.
• Cold calling, door-to-door visit aur follow-up karna.
• Customer ke load aur roof area ka basic site survey karna.
• Design/engineering team ke saath milkar proposal banana.
• Monthly sales targets achieve karna.
• Installation team ke saath coordination karna.
Required Skills:
• Good communication aur convincing skills.
• Basic solar/electrical knowledge ho to better (training milegi).
• Field sales experience ho to plus point.
• Two-wheeler preferred.
Education:
• 12th Pass / Diploma / Graduate – any stream.
Compensation
• Fixed Salary + Travel Allowance + Incentives.
