Field Sales Executive

We are looking for a highly motivated and dynamic Field Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for representing the company in the field, engaging with customers, gathering market intelligence, and contributing to achieving sales or service targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Customer Interaction & Relationship Building:
• Visit assigned customer locations to maintain relationships and ensure their satisfaction with our products/services.
• Provide on-site support, assist with product installations or services, and handle customer queries in real-time.
• Collect feedback and report customer concerns or suggestions to the management team.
• Sales and Business Development:
• Promote and sell the company’s products/services to prospective clients.
• Assist in the execution of sales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
• Prepare and submit regular field reports on sales leads, customer feedback, and market trends.
• Market Research & Reporting:
• Monitor and report competitor activity in the field.
• Collect information about market conditions, trends, and customer preferences.
• Compliance & Documentation:
• Ensure all field-related paperwork is completed and submitted accurately (e.g., delivery forms, customer feedback, sales documents).
• Comply with all company policies, procedures, and health & safety regulations.
• Field Operations Support:
• Participate in regional promotional activities, events, and campaigns.
• Assist with inventory management and stock movement during field operations.
