Job Description – Showroom Sales Executive

 

Position: Showroom sales executive

Department: Sales

Location: S.P. Ring Road, Ahmedabad.

Company: Panam Projects Pvt. Ltd. (Modular Furniture Manufacturing)


Key Responsibilities

  • Welcome and assist walk-in customers at the showroom.
  • Provide detailed product explanations, demonstrations, and comparisons.
  • Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable furniture solutions.
  • Maintain product knowledge and stay updated with new launches.
  • Coordinate with the backend sales and production team for quotations and follow-ups.
  • Ensure the display center is always presentable and well-organized.
  • Prepare daily customer visit reports.
  • Build and maintain positive customer relationships to drive conversions.
  • Follow up with potential customers to close sales.


Skills & Qualifications

For Freshers:

·  12th Pass (HSC) with a Bachelor’s Degree in any stream.

·         Good communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Basic understanding of customer service.
  • Willingness to learn and grow in the furniture industry.
  • Ability to speak confidently and handle customers.

For Experienced Candidates:

·        Bachelor’s Degree in any stream.

·        1–3+ years of experience in showroom sales (furniture/hardware/interior products preferred).

  • Proven ability to handle walk-ins and convert them to sales.
  • Strong product explanation skills and objection-handling ability.
  • Experience in customer relationship management.


Other Requirements

  • Must be comfortable working at the plant showroom (15 km from city).
  • Presentable, polite, and professional behavior.
  • Basic computer knowledge (email, CRM entries, WhatsApp communication).
  • Ability to work on weekends and during peak hours (if required).
