Field Sales Executive

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive to promote and sell Residential solar Rooftop projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, educating customers on solar solutions, and closing sales while coordinating with internal teams for smooth projects execution.

Identify and approach potential customers for Residential solar rooftop.

 Explain project benefits, financial benefits, and ROI of solar systems to customers.

 Conduct site visits, assess customer energy needs, and prepare customized proposals.

 Follow up with leads, schedule meetings, and close sales deals.

 Develop strong project knowledge and stay updated with solar trends and government policies.

 Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales pipeline.

 Coordinate with the design, engineering, and installation teams for project execution.

 Participate in promotional events, exhibitions, and marketing campaigns.

 Prepare daily/weekly/monthly sales reports for management review.
