Position Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Relationship Manager – Business Development who will be responsible for generating new business opportunities by meeting corporates, real estate developers, architects, and MEP consultants. The role involves understanding client requirements, presenting suitable fire safety solutions, and closing deals for new Fire Hydrant and Sprinkler System projects.
Key Responsibilities
Schedule and conduct appointment-based client meetings with corporates, builders, architects, and consultants.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers to ensure long-term business growth.
Identify potential clients and generate project leads through field visits, references, and networking.
Present our products and solutions professionally, addressing technical and commercial aspects.
Coordinate with the internal technical and project teams for quotations, proposals, and execution follow-ups.
Achieve assigned monthly and quarterly business targets.
Maintain records of meetings, inquiries, and project updates in a structured manner.
Candidate Requirements
Education: Under-Graduate / Graduate in any discipline (Technical/Engineering background preferred but not mandatory).
Experience: 1–5 years in Business Development / Sales (preferably in Fire Safety, Construction, or related industries) or willing to develop a career in Business Development.
Skills:
Strong communication and presentation abilities.
Good understanding of B2B sales and project-based selling.
Self-motivated, confident, and result-driven personality.
Ability to build and nurture client relationships independently.
Vehicle & License: Must possess a two-wheeler or car and valid driving license.
Compensation & Benefits
Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹30,000 per month (Best as per industry standards & experience).
Allowances: Weekly petrol allowance.
Incentives: Attractive incentive structure on every order & new project procured.
Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 7:30 PM (Monday to Saturday) Hybrid Model. Need to visit office only on Saturday for Reporting and Next Week Planning.
Flexibility: Post-training, candidates can directly leave from home for meetings and report accordingly.
