Job Description

We are hiring a Field Business Development Executive responsible for promoting the firm’s financial and professional services through field visits, client meetings, and relationship building. The primary focus of this role is marketing loan products (especially CGTMSE loans), generating leads, explaining services to potential clients, and coordinating documentation follow-ups.


This role is purely field-oriented and focuses on marketing and client acquisition. The candidate will promote all firm offerings including loan products, funding solutions, proprietary software, and compliance services.




Key Responsibilities


1. Field Marketing & Business Development (Primary Role)


* Conduct field visits to businesses, offices, and potential clients to promote company services.

* Generate new leads and develop strong client relationships.

* Explain financial products and services to prospective clients.

* Promote and market all company offerings, with primary focus on:

* CGTMSE Loans under Credit Guarantee Fund Trust for Micro and Small Enterprises scheme (*Main Product*)

* Business Loans

* Commercial Loans

* Project Loans & Funding

* Private Funding from Investors

* Home Loans


Additionally introduce and market firm’s other services:


 * Proprietary software for cooperative housing and commercial society account management

 * Compliance management services

 * Income Tax Return (ITR) filing

 * Audit and professional services


2. Client Coordination & Documentation Follow-up


* Guide clients on documentation requirements for loan processing.

* Collect and verify required documents from clients.

* Follow up regularly to ensure timely submission of documents.

* Maintain proper records of client interactions and leads.



3. Lead Management & Reporting


* Provide daily updates on field visits, leads generated, and progress.

* Maintain lead pipeline and conversion records.

* Submit activity and performance reports to management.



4. Relationship Management


* Build and maintain long-term professional relationships with clients.

* Coordinate between clients and internal team for smooth processing.

* Handle basic client queries regarding services.



Required Skills & Qualifications


* Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Business Administration, Finance, or related field preferred.

* Experience in field sales, loan marketing, banking, or financial services preferred.

* Strong communication and convincing skills.

* Willingness to travel for field visits.

* Good follow-up and client handling ability.
