Field Sales Executive

TinyTyke is seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Field Sales Executive to promote and sell our range of Automatic Baby Cradles. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, visiting retail partners and distributors, demonstrating products, and achieving sales targets while building long-term relationships with clients in the assigned territory.

• Key ResponsibilitiesVisit assigned retail stores, baby care shops, maternity clinics, and distributors to promote TinyTyke Automatic Baby Cradles.
• Generate new leads and onboard new retailers, dealers, and channel partners.
• Demonstrate product features, benefits, and usage to customers and retail partners.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets as defined by the management.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing customers to ensure repeat business.
• Collect market feedback, competitor information, and customer insights.
• Ensure proper product display, visibility, and branding at retail locations.
• Coordinate with the internal sales and logistics team for order processing and timely deliveries.
• Maintain daily visit reports, sales updates, and follow-ups using prescribed formats.
• Handle customer queries and provide basic after-sales support coordination when required.
