Field Sales Executive

We are looking for a highly motivated and result-driven Good Sales Professional to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new software sales. If you are confident, target-oriented, and passionate about closing deals, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities

• Generate leads through field visits, cold calling, networking, and references
• Present and explain our software solutions to potential clients
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable solutions
• Close sales and achieve monthly/quarterly targets
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients
• Follow up with prospects and maintain a healthy sales pipeline
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding of clients

Requirements

• Proven experience in sales (preferably software/IT sales)
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Target-driven and self-motivated personality
• Ability to work independently and in the field
• Basic understanding of software products and business solutions
• Minimum 1 year of sales experience preferred
• Must co-ordinate with clients
