Job Overview: - We are looking for a motivated and result-oriented B2B Field Sales Executive to join our growing team. The role involves identifying new business opportunities, visiting clients on-site, building strong relationships, and achieving sales targets.

The ideal candidate will have experience in B2B sales, preferably in the IT and Cybersecurity domain, working with clients across pharmaceuticals, manufacturing, and IT companies.

Key Responsibilities-

• Identify and approach potential business clients to generate new leads
• Conduct regular on-site client visits and present company services
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers
• Understand client requirements and propose suitable IT/Cybersecurity solutions
• Negotiate commercial terms and close deals to meet sales targets
• Track sales activities and client interactions using CRM tools
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities
• Submit regular sales reports to the management

Required Qualifications-

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or a related field
• 2–5 years of experience in B2B field sales or similar roles
• Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills
• Ability to work independently and meet targets
• Basic knowledge of CRM tools and MS Office
• Willingness to travel frequently within the assigned territory

• Experience in IT, Cybersecurity, or technology sales
• Understanding of pharmaceutical, manufacturing, or IT sectors
• Ability to adapt to a fast-paced sales environment
