Field Sales Insurance Agent

ob Summary:We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Field Sales Insurance Agent to promote and sell insurance products to individuals and businesses. The ideal candidate will have at least one year of sales experience and strong communication skills to build lasting client relationships and achieve sales targets.

• Key Responsibilities:Identify and approach potential clients through field visits, networking, and referrals.
• Present and explain various insurance plans (life, health, motor, etc.) based on clients’ needs.
• Generate leads, follow up on prospects, and close sales to meet monthly targets.
• Assist clients with policy applications, renewals, and claims processes.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions.
• Build long-term relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
• Stay updated on product features, company policies, and market trends.
• Qualifications and Skills: Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (preferred).
• Minimum 1 year of field sales experience (insurance experience is an advantage).
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a strong sales drive.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
