📌 Job Description – Sales Manager (Field Role)

Position: Sales Manager (Male Candidates Only)

Location: Katwawada, Gujarat

Work Timing: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM, Monday to Saturday

Salary Range: ₹18000– ₹20,000 per month

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage sales strategies to achieve company targets.
• Conduct field visits to meet clients, understand their requirements, and build strong relationships.
• Generate new leads and follow up on existing prospects.
• Present products/services effectively to potential customers.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of client requirements.

Requirements

• Male candidates only.
• Minimum qualification: Graduate (MBA preferred but not mandatory).
• Strong communication and negotiation skills in Gujarati and Hindi (English is a plus).
• Willingness to travel locally for client meetings.
• Prior experience in sales, marketing, or business development preferred.
• Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently.
