Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic Field Sales & Site Coordination Executive to connect with real estate companies, builders, architects, schools, and residential projects to promote our gym equipment, toddler play areas, and indoor/outdoor sports solutions.

This role involves both client acquisition and on-site coordination during installation and project execution.


Key Responsibilities

  • Visit real estate developers, schools, residential societies, architects, and contractors to pitch our products.
  • Generate new leads, maintain relationships, and achieve monthly sales targets.
  • Conduct site visits for measurement, requirement discussions, and coordination.
  • Work closely with the operations team to ensure smooth installation and delivery.
  • Prepare proposals, follow up on quotations, and handle negotiations.
  • Maintain field activity reports and customer records.


Required Experience

  • 1–5 years of B2B field sales or institutional sales.
  • Experience selling to builders, schools, or similar institutional clients is a strong plus.
  • Ability to design and structure high-quality PowerPoint presentations for internal and client-facing use.
  • Ability to understand basic site requirements (measurements, layouts).
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Two-wheeler & Laptop preferred.
