Field Service Technician

Job description:

• Install and commission manufactured equipment at Customer sites.

• Perform preventive maintenance and servicing of machines/products.

• Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, or technical faults.

• Provide technical support to customers regarding product operation.

• Respond to service calls and breakdown complaints.

• Maintain service reports, maintenance logs, and documentation.

• Coordinate with production, quality, and engineering teams for issue resolution.

• Ensure timely completion of service requests.

• Follow safety procedures and company service standards.

Qualification:

➢ ITI / Diploma in Mechanical

➢ 1–4 years of experience in service, maintenance, or technical support.

Required Skills:

• Willingness to travel for onsite service visits.

• Ability to handle customer-facing situations professionally.
