Field Supervisor

Role Purpose

• Ensure smooth execution of all waterproofing sites as per specification, quality standards, and timelines.
• Act as the main link between office, client, and site team for planning, progress review, and issue resolution.

Key Responsibilities – Site Management

• Visit and supervise all assigned sites daily; monitor progress, workmanship, and adherence to method statements.
• Conduct pre‑start checks (surface readiness, levels, slopes, curing, cleanliness) and give clear instructions to applicators before work starts.
• Verify that application of primers, coatings, membranes, sealants, etc., is done as per technical data sheets and drawings.
• Identify on‑site issues (leak points, cracks, ponding, improper slopes) and coordinate corrective actions with technicians/engineers.
