Credit Officer – Home Loan & LAP

Location: Ahmedabad

Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹40,000 per month

Job Description:

We are looking for experienced Credit Officers to handle Home Loan and Loan Against Property (LAP) files. The candidate will be responsible for credit appraisal, document verification, and coordination with sales and operations teams.

Key Responsibilities:

Review and analyze Home Loan and LAP applications

Assess customer creditworthiness, income, and repayment capacity

Verify financial documents, property papers, and legal/technical reports

Conduct credit appraisal and prepare sanction notes

Ensure compliance with company credit policies and RBI guidelines

Coordinate with sales, legal, and technical teams for smooth processing

Maintain accurate records and MIS reports

Support disbursement process and post-sanction documentation

Required Skills & Experience:

Graduation in any discipline (Commerce/Finance preferred)

Experience in Home Loan / LAP credit processing preferred

Good understanding of banking & NBFC credit policies

Ability to analyze financial statements and income documents

Strong communication and coordination skills

Proficient in MS Excel and basic computer operations

Preferred Candidate Profile:

1–4 years of experience in Home Loan or LAP credit

Experience with banks, NBFCs, or housing finance companies

Local market knowledge of Ahmedabad is an advantage
