JOB PURPOSE

This role is responsible for leading equity investment strategies by identifying, evaluating, and executing investment opportunities to maximize portfolio returns.

Team Lead - Front Office Equity - E2

Equity Investment Strategy & Execution:

  • Identify and evaluate equity investment opportunities aligned with portfolio objectives.
  • Conduct market research, financial modeling, and due diligence on potential investments.
  • Ensure execution of trades within risk parameters and return expectations.

Risk & Performance Management:

  • Analyze investment risks and propose mitigation strategies.
  • Monitor portfolio performance and suggest rebalancing strategies.
  • Ensure compliance with internal investment policies and regulatory frameworks.

Industry Research & Networking:

  • Build and maintain relationships with brokers, fund managers, and analysts.
  • Stay updated on market trends, economic indicators, and investment opportunities.
  • Provide insights and recommendations to optimize investment decisions.
