Job Description
Require Debt Syndication Specialist
To analyse the project files and make summary and prepare Information Memorandum , create financial model and make data rooms for Institutional lenders , credit funds, NBFC and Banks.
Communicate with client and lenders for information and smooth transaction closure.
Due diligence of the reports and market study and analysis of the information shared by clients.
Maintain MIS of the daily activity and monthly targets.
