Candipop is a fast-growing confectionery brand offering a wide range of candies, toffees, and center-filled confectionery products. We are expanding our retail presence across Ahmedabad and are looking for experienced sales professionals to grow with us.

Job Role

We are looking for a dynamic FMCG Field Sales Executive who has strong experience in retail sales and distributor markets. The candidate will be responsible for developing new retailers, generating orders, and expanding the market presence of Candipop products.

Key Responsibilities

* Visit retail shops, kirana stores, pan shops and supermarkets daily

* Generate new orders and increase product sales

* Develop strong relationships with retailers and wholesalers

* Identify new sales opportunities in the market

* Achieve monthly sales targets

* Maintain daily sales reports and follow-up on payments

* Ensure proper product placement and visibility at retail stores

Skills & Requirements

* Minimum 1–3 years FMCG sales experience

* Strong knowledge of local retail market

* Good communication and negotiation skills

* Ability to visit 30–40 shops daily

* Target-oriented mindset

* Must have two-wheeler and driving licence

* Smartphone required for reporting

Salary & Benefits

💰 Fixed Salary: ₹12,000 – ₹18,000 per month
