Job Profile - Front Desk Administration Executive

Education - Any Graduate

Experience - 1-2 years in Real estate as front desk

Job Profile -

Reception and front desk operations - Serve as first point of contact for the guests and visitors. Answer incoming phone calls and direct them to appropriate department.

Admin and clerical duties - Maintain a well organized filing system for resident information and general property records. Support the estate management team with daily admin functions.

Communication and coordination - Ensure the clear communication between the estate management team, residents and external parties. Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations.

Vendor and contractor Coordination - Assist in coordinating with external vendors and contractors for services.

Event support - Provide administrative assistance in organizing events, meetings or community activities for the residents

Miscellaneous - Maintain inventory of the office supplies and ensure that the reception area is stocked up.
