*JOB PROFILE:-* FRONT DESK EXECUTIVE
*Responsibilities*
āŖļø Manage end to end travel plans pan India efficiently and cost-effectively ā airlines, trains, transport,
and hotels.
āŖļø Negotiate on best rates through vendors every time there is a travel occurrence.
āŖļøCommunicate with the person travelling regularly to keep them updated on logistics.
āŖļø Manage emergency changes/cancellations in a professional and calm manner.
āŖļøHandle all incoming travel requests and the processes that follow after.
āŖļøUpdated HR on travel/leaves to be properly recorded.
Requirements
āŖļø Awareness about international travel regulations, customs, and currencies.
āŖļø Basic command of English, written and spoken.
*EXPERIENCE:-* MINIMUM 1 YEAR IN ANY FIELD.
*JOB & INTERVIEW TIME:-* 10.30 AM TO 7.30 PM
ONE WEEK OFF IN WEEKDAYS
*SALARY:-* BETWEEN 15 K TO 36 K + INCENTIVES EXTRA
