Job Description
JOB PROFILE:- FRONT DESK EXECUTIVE
Responsibilities
▪️ Manage end to end travel plans pan India efficiently and cost-effectively – airlines, trains, transport,
and hotels.
▪️ Negotiate on best rates through vendors every time there is a travel occurrence.
▪️Communicate with the person travelling regularly to keep them updated on logistics.
▪️ Manage emergency changes/cancellations in a professional and calm manner.
▪️Handle all incoming travel requests and the processes that follow after.
▪️Updated HR on travel/leaves to be properly recorded.
Requirements
▪️ Awareness about international travel regulations, customs, and currencies.
▪️ Basic command of English, written and spoken.
JOB & INTERVIEW TIME:- 10.30 AM TO 7.30 PM
ONE WEEK OFF IN WEEKDAYS
SALARY:- BETWEEN 15 K TO 36 K + INCENTIVES EXTRA
Salary finalized after the interview.Salary no bar for the right candidate.
