🎯 Job Responsibilities

• Handle all client enquiries (walk-in, call, WhatsApp) and convert them into bookings
• Understand client concerns and recommend suitable therapies
• Respond to enquiries quickly and follow up with interested clients
• Welcome guests with warmth and ensure a comfortable experience
• Manage appointments, scheduling, and daily coordination
• Handle billing and payments
• Maintain a clean, calm, and organized reception space

🔑 Key Requirement (Important)

This role requires strong communication and the ability to confidently guide clients and convert enquiries into bookings.

🎯 Requirements

• 1+ year experience in receptionist / hospitality / customer-facing role
• Good communication and confident speaking
• Basic computer knowledge and WhatsApp handling
• Presentable, calm, and responsible
• Female candidate preferred
