Job Description

We are looking for a well-presented and customer-focused Front Desk Receptionist to manage the reception area, handle guest interactions, and support administrative tasks. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a pleasant personality, and the ability to multitask efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and assist visitors, clients, and guests in a professional manner.
• Handle incoming calls, emails, and inquiries.
• Maintain visitor logs and ensure smooth front desk operations.
• Manage appointments, schedules, and meeting room bookings.
• Coordinate with internal departments for administrative support.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area.
• Handle courier management, document filing, and basic office tasks.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Graduate or equivalent qualification.
• Prior experience as a receptionist or front desk executive preferred.
• Excellent communication skills (verbal & written).
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Pleasant personality, customer-service attitude, and strong organizational skills.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks professionally.

Salary - ₹22,000 – ₹25,000 per month (depends on experience and skill level).
