Summary:
As a Full Stack Engineer, a typical day involves designing and building comprehensive system features that span from the user interface to the backend infrastructure. This role requires actively engaging in the development lifecycle to create innovative solutions that enhance client services. The engineer embraces emerging technologies and applies a cloud-first approach combined with agile methodologies to address complex business challenges effectively. Collaboration with various stakeholders and continuous improvement of system components are integral parts of the daily workflow, ensuring seamless integration and optimal performance across the platform.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the design and implementation of scalable software solutions that meet business requirements.
- Mentor junior team members to foster skill development and knowledge sharing.
- Coordinate cross-functional efforts to ensure alignment and timely delivery of project milestones.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Java Standard Edition.
- Strong experience in developing both client-side and server-side components using Java technologies.
- Familiarity with cloud computing platforms and deploying applications in cloud environments.
- Ability to work with databases and design efficient data storage solutions.
- Experience in applying agile development practices and continuous integration/continuous deployment pipelines.
- Skilled in troubleshooting, debugging, and optimizing application performance.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Java Standard Edition.
- This position is based at our Ahmedabad office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
