Graphic and Web Designer

The Designer will be responsible for crafting cohesive and engaging visual experiences across social media, website, packaging, retail displays, events, and campaigns. This role combines brand design, user experience thinking, and creative storytelling to elevate the overall brand perception.

• Key ResponsibilitiesBrand Visual IdentityMaintain and evolve Atoma’s visual identity system
• Ensure consistency across all brand touchpoints
• Develop brand guidelines and visual standards
• Digital Experience DesignDesign high-impact creatives for social media and ad campaigns
• Collaborate on website UI/UX improvements
• Optimize landing page visuals for conversions
• Work closely with performance marketing and content teams
• Physical & Retail ExperienceDesign packaging concepts and product visuals
• Create in-store branding materials and display layouts
• Support event branding and experiential setups
• Creative Direction & InnovationDevelop campaign mood boards and visual storytelling concepts
• Stay updated with global design and aesthetic trends
• Experiment with new formats and visual styles
• Required SkillsStrong proficiency in:

• Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
• Figma (preferred)
• After Effects (bonus)
• Strong understanding of branding, typography, color theory, and layout
• Knowledge of UI/UX principles
• Ability to translate strategy into visual storytelling
• Strong portfolio showcasing brand and digital work
• Eligibility CriteriaBachelor’s degree in Design, Visual Communication, or related field
• 2–6 years of experience in brand/design roles
• Experience in beauty, skincare, lifestyle, or D2C brands preferred
