• Marketing personnel shall fill in the Design Master in CRM and inform to design team through mail for creation of any new design.
• If there is any updation/ change in existing design, Marketing personnel shall inform the corrections to be done 
through mail 
• Marketing personnel shall allot and specify the Designer name in Design Master, on basis of which designer will start working on it accordingly
• Developing new product graphical designs or doing changes in existing design or doing changes in the designs 
received from the customers by using softwares like Corel Draw, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator 
• Continuous improvisation and corrections in the designs in coordination with marketing personnel & its clients till its finalisation
• As per the requirement of the customers, mock sample of the product shall be prepared and forward to Marketing personnel who shall further forward to customer
•After finalisation of design, Fabrication Mail shall be sent to Cylinder Vendor (As per defined list)
•Director - Marketing and Production shall give approval to proceed further
• Back Office Designing personnel shall add cylinder details in SAP T-CODE IH08 like colour, , PRT, etc. and generate Purchase Order in SAP T-CODE ME21N and its PDF through SAP T-CODE ME23N is to be generated and forward it to Designing personnel.
• Back Office personnel have to do entry of PRT in SAP T-CODE CA02, in which need o go to PRT>Gravure Printing>Equipment>Add cylinder number, colours and Pantone shades.
• Designing personnel shall forward the PO to cylinder vendor.
• Cylinder vendor shall send cylinder proof to Designing personnel.
• As per the requirement of the customers, cylinder proof of the product shall be forwarded to Marketing personnel who shall further forward to customer which has to be collected back from customer with approval signature.
• Designing personnel shall prepare Product Folder and print Product Folder Sticker SAP T-Code ZPPGFS from SAP and paste it on Product Folder. Along with cylinder proof is also to be attached.
• If there is change in the existing design and cylinder are already manufactured, cylinder reengaging has to be done by cylinder vendor.
• After approval, above all process has to be followed as per new design process.
• Updated design JPEG file has to be uploaded by Designing personnel in SAP.
• Before giving cylinders for Re-engraving, Back Office personnel need to check that where the material code belongs to i.e. KPPL or Customer in SAP T-Code – IH08.
• Need to put Purchase requisition of Cylinder Re-engraving through SAP T-ode ME51N.
• Back Office Designing personnel shall generate PO of Re-engraving process in SAP (Cylinder information is not required to be changed as it will remain same) and sent to Designing personnel through mail.
• If design is for flexo printing, CDR file shall be sent to Flexo printing vendor, who shall issue Bill to Designing personnel which Designing personnel shall forward to Back Office Designing personnel through mail.
• Back Office Designing personnel shall generate stereo PO through SAP T-ode ME21N and forward to designing personnel through mail which Designing personnel shall forward to Flexo printing vendor.
