Graphic Designer

1. Toy Graphics Design

* Design creative graphics, illustrations, and visual elements for wooden toys.

* Ensure graphics are suitable for wooden printing, engraving, or laser cutting.

* Develop child-friendly, safe, and attractive designs that align with the brand identity.

2. New Toy Product Development

* Participate in the development of new toy concepts and ideas.

* Create visualizations and design concepts for new toy products.

* Support product development through sketches, digital designs, and 3D visualization.

* Collaborate with product development and production teams to finalize toy structures and design elements.

 Packaging & Box Design

* Design product packaging including toy boxes, labels, and inserts.

* Develop visually appealing packaging that enhances product presentation and shelf appeal.

* Specify packaging materials including board type, GSM requirements, finishing, and printing instructions.

* Ensure packaging designs are production-ready and cost-efficient.

4. Catalogue & Marketing Material

* Design product catalogues showcasing toys and product collections.

* Create marketing graphics for product presentations and promotional materials.

* Maintain brand consistency across all product visuals and marketing materials.

5. Product Photography & Video Support

* Plan and conduct photoshoots of toys and new product launches.

* Capture product photos and videos for marketing, catalogue, and online platforms.

* Edit and prepare visual content for promotional use.

 Production Coordination

* Prepare print-ready artwork files for production.

* Work closely with production teams to ensure accurate execution of designs.

* Provide technical guidance related to packaging materials, printing requirements, and finishing specifications.

 Required Skills

* Strong graphic design and illustration skills.

* Experience in toy design, product design, or packaging design.

* Knowledge of packaging materials, board types, and GSM specifications.

* Understanding of manufacturing processes such as wooden printing, engraving, and laser cutting.

* Ability to visualize and develop new product concepts.

* Basic understanding of 3D design and product visualization.

* Strong attention to detail and creative thinking.

 Software Skills

* CorelDRAW

* Adobe Illustrator

* Adobe Photoshop

* Basic knowledge of 3D design software (preferred)

Preferred Experience

* Experience in toy industry, product design, or packaging design.

* Experience working with manufacturing or production teams.

* Knowledge of product photography and video shooting.
