Graphic Designer

Job Responsibilities

Design Creation- Create visually engaging designs for digital and print platforms, including social media posts, banners, posters, brochures, flyers, packaging, hoardings, and other marketing materials.

• Design film-related creatives such as movie posters, teasers, thumbnails, banners, event creatives, and promotional assets.

Software Expertise - Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and other design tools.

• Working knowledge of InDesign, CorelDRAW, Canva, and basic motion tools (added advantage).

Entertainment Industry Knowledge - Good understanding of the Gujarati film and entertainment industry, including audience preferences and current trends.

• Experience in designing creatives for films, web series, music videos, OTT platforms, and promotional campaigns.
• Knowledge of thumbnail (thumb) design standards and market rates, especially for YouTube, OTT, and digital promotions.

Brand Consistency - Ensure all designs align with the company’s brand identity, tone, and visual guidelines.

• Maintain consistency across offline and digital campaigns.

Team Collaboration - Work closely with marketing, content, sales, and production teams to understand briefs and deliver effective visuals.

• Coordinate with video editors and social media teams for campaign creatives.

Revisions & Quality Control - Edit and revise designs based on feedback while ensuring high-quality output and timely delivery.

• Adapt creatives for different formats and platforms without losing quality.

Creative Thinking - Bring fresh ideas, creative concepts, and design innovations to enhance brand and film promotions.

• Stay updated with design trends in the entertainment industry.

Time & Project Management - Handle multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines efficiently.

• Maintain organized design files and proper version control.
