Job Overview:

As a Graphic Designer at Royal Tint, you’ll work on a wide range of projects and media, creating visually impactful designs that align with our business goals. The ideal candidate will have expert knowledge of design software, an eye for detail, and a strong understanding of branding and marketing principles. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to turn concepts into engaging designs that resonate with our audience, ensuring the final product is polished and on-brand.

Key Objectives of the Role:

Creative Execution: Work on a variety of design projects (print, digital, and multimedia), using the latest design software to create innovative designs that meet business and marketing goals.

Collaboration: Communicate effectively with managers, teams, and clients to understand the scope of the project and ensure designs meet organizational standards, deadlines, and brand expectations.

Independence & Teamwork: Work both independently and as part of a team, juggling multiple projects and deadlines while staying within budget.

Process Improvement: Identify areas to improve design capabilities and streamline existing design processes.

Database Management: Maintain and update internal design databases for social media platform and other visual assets.

Responsibilities:

Collaboration & Brainstorming: Work closely with the marketing team, clients, and other departments to strategize and create design materials that include web pages, presentations, signage, newsletters, marketing materials, and more.

Brand Consistency: Translate strategic ideas into high-quality designs that fit within established brand guidelines, ensuring all designs are consistent and aligned with brand identity.

Design Creation: Develop design concepts by hand or using design software, determining the optimal use of color, text, fonts, imagery, and layout for each project.

Project Management: Oversee the design and uploading process for all project materials, ensuring proper use of content management systems and following best practices.

Market Awareness: Leverage current trends and market insights to influence design decisions and stay ahead of industry shifts.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Creativity: Strong ability to think creatively and produce innovative design solutions. Technical Expertise: 1+ years of experience using design software, including Adobe Illustrator, CorelDraw, Photoshop.

Time Management: Strong organizational skills, with the ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

Continuous Learning: Eagerness to grow professionally by keeping up with the latest design trends, tools, and techniques.

Educational Background: A Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field (preferred).

Attention to Detail: An eye for detail and precision in all aspects of design, from typography to layout and color choices.
