Graphic Designer

Job SummaryWe are looking for a skilled Graphic Designer with hands-on experience in labels, heat transfers, and apparel transfer prints. The role involves preparing production-ready artworks, ensuring print accuracy, color consistency, and compliance with customer and brand requirements.

• Key ResponsibilitiesArtwork & DesignCreate and modify artworks for:
• 
  
• Screen-printed heat transfers
• Silicone / plastisol / water-based transfer prints
• Tagless labels, neck labels, care labels, and branding labels
• Adapt client designs into print-ready formats with correct sizing, line thickness, and trapping.
• Prepare vector artworks suitable for screen printing, DTF, HTV, and transfer printing.
• Pre-Press & Production SupportPrepare files for:
• 
  
• Screen separations (spot colors, halftones)
• White underbase and adhesive layers (where applicable)
• Mirror/reverse artworks for transfer printing
• Ensure correct mesh suitability, minimum line thickness, and dot gain control.
• Maintain correct registration marks, bleed, and cut lines.
• Check and finalize files before plate/screen making.
• Color ManagementMatch colors using Pantone / custom shades.
• Prepare color separations as per ink systems (silicone, plastisol, WB inks).
• Coordinate with production team for color approvals and sampling.
• Client & Internal CoordinationWork closely with:
• 
  
• Sales team for artwork clarifications
• Production team for print feasibility
• Quality team for defect prevention
• Incorporate client feedback and revisions efficiently.
• Maintain organized artwork records and job folders.
• Software & ToolsAdobe Illustrator (mandatory)
• Adobe Photoshop (mandatory)
• CorelDRAW (preferred)
• Basic understanding of RIP software (optional advantage)
• Technical Skills RequiredStrong knowledge of vector artwork preparation
• Understanding of:

• Heat transfer printing workflow
• Silicone & plastisol ink behavior
• Knowledge of:

• Line thickness limitations
• Halftones & spot colors
• Adhesive layer design for transfers
• Ability to identify print risks before production
• QualificationsDiploma / Degree in Graphic Design or related field
• Prior experience in apparel printing / label printing industry preferred
• Strong attention to detail and quality
