Job Purpose: To lead the operations of the Global Security Operations Centre (GSOC), ensuring the seamless integration, monitoring, and management of security systems across all (India and global) offices. The role focuses on overseeing integrated systems, coordinating with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring real-time threat monitoring, and driving process excellence in global security operations

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Lead Global Security Operations Centre

Strategic Roles and Responsibilities:

Security Strategy Implementation: Develop and execute strategies to integrate and align security operations with organizational objectives globally.

Roadmap Development: Define and maintain a roadmap for the GSOC to enhance system capabilities, align with emerging trends, and address global operational needs.

Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate with global leadership teams, regional security heads, and technology partners to ensure the GSOC supports all business operations effectively.

System Integration and Monitoring:

Integrated Systems Management: Oversee the integration and operational efficiency of all security systems, including access control, surveillance (CCTV), intrusion detection, and emergency communication platforms.

RealTime Threat Monitoring: Ensure the GSOC provides 24,7 monitoring of global operations, identifying and escalating threats proactively.

Data Integration and Analysis: Implement tools for consolidating and analyzing data from various security systems to support informed decisionmaking.

Operational Leadership:

Incident Response Coordination: Lead the GSOC team in responding to incidents, ensuring timely escalation and resolution of issues across global locations.

Crisis Management Support: Serve as a central coordination point for crisis management, ensuring realtime updates and effective communication across stakeholders.

Performance Metrics: Establish KPIs for GSOC operations, monitor system performance, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

Compliance and Governance:

Policy Adherence: Ensure compliance with global security policies, procedures, and applicable regulations in all GSOC operations.

Audit Preparation: Prepare and maintain GSOC operations for internal and external audits, ensuring all documentation and systems are auditready.

Governance Framework: Develop and maintain governance protocols to ensure consistency and accountability across the GSOC's global operations.

Talent Management:

Team Leadership: Build and lead a highperforming GSOC team, ensuring clear goal setting, performance reviews, and constructive feedback mechanisms.

Training and Development: Identify skill gaps within the GSOC team and implement training programs to enhance technical and operational capabilities.

Succession Planning: Develop a talent pipeline to ensure leadership continuity and readiness within the GSOC.

Research and Innovation:

Emerging Trends: Stay updated on the latest trends and technologies in global security operations and recommend innovative solutions to enhance GSOC capabilities.

Technology Adoption: Evaluate and implement advanced tools, such as AIdriven analytics, predictive modeling, and integrated dashboards, to improve GSOC efficiency and effectiveness

Educational Qualification:

Bachelor’s degree in Information Security, Security Management, or related technical fields.

Certification:

Certifications in cybersecurity, such as CISSP or CISM, are a plus.

Work Experience (Range of years):

10+ years in global security operations with experience in managing integrated security systems and crisis management.

Proven expertise in managing technology-driven security solutions.
