Guest Relations Executive

- Greet and welcome guests as they enter the restaurant with a warm and demeanour.

- Escort guests to their tables and assist them in seating arrangements.

- Ensure a pleasant and comfortable dining experience by attending to guests' needs.

- Present menus and provide detailed explanations of menu items, if required.

- Take accurate food and beverage orders from guests.

- Relay orders to the kitchen staff and ensure timely delivery of meals.

- Address guest inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a professional and efficient manner.

- Collaborate with restaurant management to resolve issues and ensure guest satisfaction.

- Provide recommendations and assist guests in making informed choices.

- Monitor and manage table turnover to optimize seating capacity.

- Maintain a clean and organized dining area, including resetting tables after guests depart.

- Promote daily specials, promotions, and loyalty programs to enhance the guest experience.

- Encourage guests to explore the restaurant's offerings beyond their initial orders.
