Guest Service Associate

Guest Experience:

• Greet and welcome guests with warmth and professionalism.
• Escort guests to their tables and present menus.
• Address guest queries courteously and ensure prompt service.
• Handle reservations, waiting lists, and table allocations efficiently.
• Collect and act on guest feedback to ensure a positive experience.

Service Support:

• Coordinate with servers, kitchen, and bar staff to ensure smooth service flow.
• Assist in serving food and beverages as required.
• Ensure tables and dining areas are clean, well-presented, and properly set up.
• Support in handling billing and payment processes when needed.

Operational Excellence:

• Follow all restaurant service standards, hygiene, and safety protocols.
• Maintain cleanliness in guest and service areas at all times.
• Refill and restock service items such as cutlery, napkins, and condiments.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and customer service guidelines.

Team Collaboration:

• Work closely with team members to provide seamless service.
• Communicate guest preferences or issues promptly to the supervisor or manager.
• Participate in daily briefings, training sessions, and service improvement activities.
