We are looking for a dynamic Gym Trainer who can handle both training and gym management responsibilities. The role involves guiding members with proper workout plans, ensuring correct exercise techniques, and helping clients achieve their fitness goals. The candidate will also act as a coach for other trainers, providing guidance and maintaining training standards. In addition, they will manage daily gym operations, handle member queries, and contribute to sales by promoting memberships and fitness programs. Strong communication, leadership, and sales skills are essential for this role. Prior experience in fitness training and gym management is preferred.
