Job Description
- Assist in installation and configuration of network switches (L2/L3)
- Configure and manage VLANs, access ports, and trunk ports
- Support deployment and basic configuration of Wireless Access Points (APs)
- Assist in firewall configuration including basic policies, NAT, and VPN support
- Monitor network performance and escalate issues when required
- Troubleshoot basic network connectivity issues (LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi)
- Maintain network documentation, IP addressing records, and diagrams
- Coordinate with senior engineers and vendors for issue resolution
- Provide on-site and remote network support as needed
Preferred Skills (Good to Have)
- Exposure to Cisco, Sonicwall, FortiGate, Sophos, Aruba, Netgear, TP-Link, Quantum or similar devices
- Basic knowledge of routing (static routes)
- Awareness of VPN concepts
- CCNA / equivalent certification or currently pursuing
