Position Overview

We are looking for a skilled IT Engineer with hardware & networking knowledge to join our dynamic team. This is a hybrid role, ideal for engineers who enjoy both hands-on technical work and flexible collaboration.

Key Responsibilities

• Need to close day to day hardware, software and networking complaints of clients.
• Need to do troubleshooting for common hardware, software and networking problems of clients.
• Assembling and disassembling of computers systems, gaming computer systems when required.
• Need to do OS installation, configuration and setup with drivers and common software.
• Need to installation and configuration of common hardware parts, software and networking devices.
• Need to do access point router installation and configuration.
• Computer, laptop, printer, wifi router, lan, wan, internet etc. common problem troubleshooting.
• Lan cable troubleshooting and crimping.
• Cooperate with other team members.
• Provide technical support and documentation.
