Responsibilities

Strategic Business Planning
►    Design and implement Business Strategy Plans and procedures for smart metering project.
►    Set Comprehensive goals for performance and growth.
►    Responsible for getting new orders and administering contracts for Smart meters.
►    Develop Project Execution strategy and effective monitoring through review mechanisms. 
►    Cost Control and working capital management. 
►    Evaluate performance by analyzing and interpreting data and metrics.
►    Developing business management goals and objectives that tend to the growth of the BU & the Organization as a whole ensuring that the company has adequate and suitable resources to complete its activities.

Operations Management & Risk Management    
►    Overseeing all project operations and business activities to ensure they produce the desired results and are consistent with the overall strategy and mission of planned project schedules.
►    Build highly productive relations with Top Management of Utilities, Political influencers, consultants and Local bodies. 
►    Modify contractual clauses to organizational advantage.
►    Identify growth areas for Business units and drive strategic initiatives to get a breakthrough.
►    Interact with Clients, Technology partners & Consultants for validation of entry strategy and developing prospects.

Qualifications

•    Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering or a related field 
•    Proven experience of 14-17 years in Project Management.
