• Develop and implement a comprehensive Quality Management System (QMS) tailored to the Ropeways business unit.
• Lead quality assurance enhancement initiatives, ensuring alignment with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
• Monitor and report on quality performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective measures.
• Conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure compliance with safety, operational, and quality standards.
• Drive training initiatives to enhance quality awareness and competency across all levels of the organization.
• Collaborate with engineering, procurement, and construction teams to integrate quality standards into project execution.
• Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and certifications relevant to the Ropeways industry.
• Develop and maintain documentation related to quality processes, procedures, and compliance.
• Lead root cause analysis for quality issues and implement preventive measures to mitigate risks.
• Engage with stakeholders to ensure alignment of quality objectives with business goals.

Required Qualifications & Experience

• Certification in Quality Management Systems (e.g., ISO 9001 Lead Auditor).
• 10 to 15 years of experience in quality management within infrastructure or EPC projects.
• Proven track record in implementing and managing quality assurance programs in large-scale projects.

 

Educational Background

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field.
• Master’s degree in Quality Management or Business Administration (preferred).
