Responsibilities

Strategic Roles & Responsibilities:-

• Analysis of accounting records in SAP, with review of trial balance monthly.
• Ensuring adherence to accounting SOPs by Team.
• Review monthly management reports on accounting information.
• Communication with the site accounts team and other departments, for resolution of accounting issues.
• Resolving statutory and internal audit queries.
• Review of tax audit, transfer pricing audit and tax returns as per income tax act.
• Ensuring direct tax compliances with respect to lower rate TDS, advance tax, certificate u/s. 281, equalization levy, Annual Information Return (AIR).
• Assisting in GST and SEZ related compliance, refund filing and litigations as may be required.
• Preparation and circulation of tax MIS monthly.
• Manage conducting due diligence for mergers and acquisitions.
• Preparation of financial models for various purposes.
• Assisting & designing strategic transactions for new business and Tax optimization aspects
• Any other tasks related to Accounts and tax functions, as may be assigned.

People Management:-

• Working with a team.
• Handling interpersonal conflicts promotes collaboration and respect among the team.
• Smooth communication with HO.

Qualifications

Educational Qualification: CA / B Com/ MBA or equivalent degree.

• Bachelor's in law or commerce will be preferable.

Experiences: 15+ years’ experience in Taxation & Structures.
