Job Description
Head - Trainer Academy
Design and implement advanced training programs tailored to the needs of the Skills and Education business unit, ensuring alignment with Adani Group’s strategic goals.
Lead faculty development initiatives, including upskilling and reskilling programs, to enhance teaching methodologies and technical expertise.
Develop and oversee curriculum frameworks that integrate technical, managerial, and educational sciences, ensuring relevance to industry demands.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify skill gaps and create targeted training solutions that address these needs.
Utilize digital tools and platforms to deliver innovative and scalable training solutions, ensuring accessibility and engagement.
Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through data-driven metrics and feedback mechanisms, implementing continuous improvements.
Build and manage a high-performing team of trainers and educators, fostering a culture of excellence and innovation.
Establish partnerships with academic institutions, industry experts, and technology providers to enhance the quality and reach of training programs.
Align training initiatives with the operational and strategic priorities of the Adani Group, including emerging sectors such as green energy, data centers, and infrastructure development.
Ensure the integration of best practices in educational sciences and management to drive impactful learning outcomes.
Required Qualifications & Experience
Proven track record of at least 15 years in training, faculty development, or educational program management.
Expertise in technical training, educational sciences, and management, with a focus on large-scale program delivery.
Experience in collaborating with diverse stakeholders, including academic institutions and industry partners, to design and implement impactful training solutions.
Educational Background
Master’s degree in Education, Management, or a related field is required.
Doctorate or advanced certifications in Educational Sciences or Training Management is preferred.

15+ years of experience in leading training and development initiatives within large organizations or educational institutions.
Demonstrated success in designing and delivering innovative training programs aligned with organizational goals.
