Head - Wind O&M

Responsibilities

• Lead operations and maintenance team, providing clear direction and guidance to ensure smooth functioning of wind energy facilities
• Develop and implement maintenance strategies to enhance equipment reliability and optimize performance
• Ensure compliance with safety standards, environmental regulations, and company policies
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to report on site performance, maintenance activities, and resource requirements
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and cost optimization, driving initiatives to enhance operational efficiency
• Get conducted regular inspections and audits to assess equipment condition and identify potential issues
• Oversee the execution of preventive and corrective maintenance activities, coordinating with external service providers when necessary
• Lead incident investigations and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence
• Manage site budgets, resource allocation, and procurement activities
• Provide mentorship, training, and performance feedback to the on-site team members. 

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field
• Master's degree in Renewable Energy or Management (preferred)
• 15 + years of experience in the Renewable Energy Industry
• Prior experience in wind energy operations and maintenance
• Demonstrated leadership experience.
