Job Summary:

We are looking for a fluent English-speaking, presentable, and customer-focused individual to fill the role of Care Manager. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong work ethic, and the ability to provide exceptional customer service to our patients and their families. Previous hospital experience is preferred.

Responsibilities:

- Handle patient inquiries, concerns, and feedback in a professional and courteous manner.

- Provide accurate and timely information to patients and their families about our healthcare services.

- Ensure seamless communication between patients, families, and healthcare teams.

- Resolve patient complaints and concerns in a fair and efficient manner.

- Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure patient satisfaction and excellent care.

- Maintain accurate records of patient interactions and feedback.

- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient experiences.

Requirements:

- Fluent in English (spoken and written).

- Presentable and professional demeanor.

- Resident of Ahmedabad/Nearby.

- Previous hospital experience preferred.

- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.

- Strong patient-centric approach and commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
