We are looking for a dynamic MBA (Healthcare / Marketing) professional who can play a key administrative and marketing role in expanding our healthcare services, building partnerships, and strengthening our brand presence.

Key Responsibilities

• Administrative & CoordinationManage day-to-day professional activities of the doctor
• Coordinate between front desk, doctors, and external partners
• Maintain and organize patient and business data (online & offline)
• Follow up with doctors, collaborators, and partners via WhatsApp, LinkedIn, and email
• Assist in doctor meetings and care discussions
• Coordinate internal operations and communication across departments 
• Marketing & Business DevelopmentHandle social media presence, regular posts, and engagement
• Respond to DMs and patient inquiries
• Develop marketing ideas and campaigns
• Run and monitor digital advertisements
• Plan influencer collaborations and barter marketing 
• Outreach & PartnershipsVisit corporate offices for dental tie-ups and presentations
• Organize dental camps at schools, colleges, institutes, and companies
• Build collaborations with gyms, salons, spas, and hostels for aesthetic services
• Network with doctors and healthcare professionals 
• Content & BrandingCoordinate video shoots and content creation
• Maintain LinkedIn presence and professional outreach
• Support brand development and promotional activities 
• Required QualificationsMBA in Healthcare Management / Marketing
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Interest in healthcare marketing and patient engagement
• Knowledge of digital marketing and social media
• Ability to handle coordination and multitasking
• Preferred SkillsExperience in healthcare, clinics, or wellness industry
• Basic understanding of digital ads and influencer marketing
• Good networking and relationship-building skills
• Proactive and organized personality
