Helper

Job Role:

We are looking for a Site Execution Helper / Field Helper to support our solar project execution team. The candidate will assist the site supervisor in managing materials, coordinating with DISCOM offices, and handling basic field work related to solar installations.

Responsibilities:

• Support the site supervisor in daily site execution work
• Manage and track materials at the project site
• Visit DISCOM offices (like Torrent Power) for document submission and follow-ups
• Collect customer signatures on required documents
• Assist with basic coordination between office, site, and customers
• Help ensure smooth execution of solar installation work

Requirements:

• Basic understanding of field work and documentation
• Comfortable traveling to sites and government offices
• Responsible and organized with materials and documents
• Two-wheeler preferred
• Prior experience in solar or electrical field work is an advantage

Experience:

• 0–2 years (Solar or electrical field experience preferred)
