Summary of Position: Field officers effectively handle allotted clients/sites and maintain manpower strength. Keep in touch with client and Employees on a regular basis. Keep maintaining discipline on sites and monitor cleaning and grooming standards as per sop. Coordinate with Account and HR teams for complete month-end tasks.

Report to: Director/Operation Manager.

Responsible for: Handling Sites and maintain Manpower.

Education: any Graduate or HSC passed

Age: 28 to 40

Gender: Male

Requirements:

1. Have good exposure in the facility/housekeeping industry.

2. Able to manage blue-collar employees.

3. Have a good source of manpower.

4. Excellent presentation skills and problem-solving attitude.

Duties and Responsibilities

1. Daily Manpower Management.

2. Schedule shifts and arrange for replacements in cases of absence.

3. Respond to Client complaints and special requests

4. Support in New site mobilization.

5. Provide manpower as per requirements.

6. Daily site visit and maintain report.

7. Keep supervisors and manpower in discipline.

8. Check cleaning standards as per the client's requirements.

9. Take disciplinary action when required.

10. Participate in large cleaning projects as required.

11. Coordination with head office on a regular basis.

12. Train Staff on cleaning and maintenance tasks.
