Job SummaryThe Housekeeping Staff Recruiter is responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring qualified housekeeping personnel to meet organizational staffing needs. This role ensures timely recruitment, compliance with labor regulations, and placement of reliable, well-trained candidates for hotels, hospitals, residential complexes, or facility management companies.

• Key ResponsibilitiesIdentify staffing requirements in coordination with housekeeping managers and operations teams
• Source candidates through job portals, agencies, referrals, and walk-in interviews
• Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and assess candidates’ skills and experience
• Verify candidate documents, background checks, and employment eligibility
• Coordinate onboarding, orientation, and initial training schedules
• Maintain recruitment records, databases, and hiring reports
• Ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws
• Manage bulk hiring and urgent staffing requests
• Build and maintain a talent pipeline for housekeeping roles
• Liaise with external recruitment agencies and training institutes when required
