HR Admin Executive

We are hiring a Female HR Admin Executive for our office in Shilaj, Ahmedabad. This is a full-time, office-based role involving both HR and administrative responsibilities.

The candidate will be responsible for end-to-end recruitment including job posting, screening, calling candidates, interview coordination, and onboarding. The role also includes maintaining employee records, attendance tracking, and supporting payroll coordination and compliance documentation. Developing and managing client wise checklists, documentations, billing cycle and mail communications.

No recruitment or sales target.

On the administrative side, the candidate will manage office operations, vendor coordination (housekeeping, IT, maintenance, etc.), petty cash handling, and documentation including agreements, invoices, and records. The role requires regular MIS reporting such as attendance, hiring tracker, and admin reports.

Candidates must have 1 to 5 years of experience, good communication skills (English, Hindi or Gujarati), and strong coordination ability. Advanced Excel and basic software knowledge are required.

Salary ranges from ₹18,000 to ₹30,000 per month depending on experience and interview. This is a 6-day working role (9 AM to 6 PM) with no field work. Female candidates are preferred. No joining fee.
