Our cigarette waste management solution consists of processes for segregation at source, tech-enabled education and awareness, and eco-friendly recycling of cigarette waste into upcycled outdoor utility products.

Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Human Resources Manager. The Human Resources Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of human resources operations, policies, and programs at Buffindia. They will also develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives while ensuring compliance with employment laws and regulations. Although located in Ahmedabad, this role may have some flexibility for remote work.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of HR practices, policies, and employment laws
• Experience in developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Experience in recruitment, talent management, and performance management
• Ability to work independently and remotely
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Experience in the environmental or sustainability industry is a plus
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
